The 10-year socio -economic development strategy 2021-2030 of the 13th Party Congress affirmed: Developing a digital government, digital economy and digital society is an inevitable step, an important launching pad to improve the competitiveness of the Vietnamese economy. Decision 749/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on approving the national digital transformation program until 2025, with a vision to 2030; Resolution No. 02 of the Central Business Bloc Party Committee on implementing digital transformation in enterprises and units in the sector until 2025, with a vision to 2030 urges enterprises to digitally transform to increase competitiveness and catch up with global trends. On May 11, 2021, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Decision No. 810/QD-NHNN approving the "Banking Industry Digital Transformation Plan to 2025, with a vision to 2030". Accordingly, the goal is to comprehensively innovate the State Bank's management activities in a modern direction, on the basis of applying and effectively exploiting the achievements of the 4.0 industrial revolution, fully meeting the Government's criteria and indicators on digital transformation and developing digital banking models, increasing convenience, customer experience and realizing the goal of comprehensive finance and sustainable development on the basis of promoting the application of new and advanced technologies in management and operation and providing products and services in the direction of automating processes and optimizing business operations.
