On November 19 in Ho Chi Minh City, Anphabe Company held the "Best Workplace in Vietnam" Award Ceremony. This year's event marked an important milestone when Vietcombank continued to lead the banking industry in terms of working environment for the 10th consecutive year, and was also awarded two awards: "Attractive Employer Brand for Vietnamese Students" and "Outstanding Enterprise with Happy Human Resources".
The ranking is conducted annually by Anphabe, based on a survey of nearly 800 businesses and more than 73,000 employees in 18 fields. The program is sponsored by VCCI and independently verified by Intage Vietnam to ensure objectivity. In the 2025 results, Vietcombank ranked first in the banking industry, second in the entire market and is the only bank in the Top 10 large enterprises with the best working environment.
Vietcombank representative said that maintaining the leading position for many consecutive years shows the synchronization in human resource development strategy, focusing on a cohesive working environment and management quality. This is the foundation for the bank to maintain operational efficiency and promote integration.

"This is a recognition of the efforts of more than 24,000 employees who have created a professional, sustainable and humane working environment," he said.
