After listening to the report, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged a number of contents that the locality had implemented according to previous instructions; however, the efficiency was not high, not achieving the desired results, as committed to the province.

Specifically, for the Yen Binh 2 Industrial Park Project, as of November 19, only 14/36 households within the 35-hectare area had been counted and counted for site clearance; the Dai Thang Social Housing Project (phase 2) has not yet had its planning approved; the Dong Tay Project has yet to resolve some issues.
