Mr. Lich stated that, although the incident stemmed from a minor communication conflict, the restaurant owner's actions and attitude were unacceptable. Such inappropriate behavior would negatively impact the local image. The district has instructed the My Trinh Commune Police to investigate and handle the matter strictly and in accordance with regulations, clarifying the responsibilities of all parties involved.

According to initial information, the incident occurred at 8 PM on May 25th at the 5 Tan chicken rice restaurant owned by Mr. Chau Dinh T. (born in 1977). Two customers, Mr. D.XT (born in 1987, from Nam Dinh ) and Mr. H.V.V. (born in 1985, from Thanh Hoa), were attacked by the restaurant owner after an argument about prices and service.
According to police verification, after receiving their meals and requesting additional dishes which were unavailable, they complained about the price, leading to tension. The owner then allegedly used a plastic chair to attack, injuring Mr. D.XT in the left hand, Mr. HVV in the leg with scratches, and the owner in the left leg.
The entire incident was filmed by the customers and posted on social media on May 27th, attracting public attention.

Currently, the My Trinh commune police are conducting an investigation, taking statements from all parties involved to clarify the circumstances and extent of the incident, and will handle it according to the law.
