On the morning of March 14, 3 years since the Gac Ma incident (March 36, 14), at the Gac Ma Soldiers Memorial Area (Cam Hai Dong commune, Cam Lam district, Khanh Hoa province). The Party Committee and Naval Region 3 Command held an incense offering ceremony to commemorate the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the cause of protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
Comrade Colonel Nguyen Van Bach, Commander of the Region, Rear Admiral Ngo Van Thuan, Political Commissar of the Region presided, participating in the incense offering ceremony were the Head of the Regional Command, leaders and commanders of agencies, units and more than 300 officers and soldiers from units in Naval Region 4.
