To achieve that result, during the term, Party building work was given special attention, not only in terms of organizational breadth but also in terms of depth in ideology, ethics and action. The work of training and fostering political theory for cadres, party members and the masses achieved good results . Over the past 5 years, the Company Party Committee has admitted 298 new party members, maintained the model of "4 good party cells", and promoted the role of political core in all aspects of work. Party committees at all levels regularly inspect, supervise, and maintain orderly party cell activities, closely following production and the thoughts of workers. Every year, 100% of party members write a commitment to practice and implement revolutionary ethical standards associated with studying and following Uncle Ho.

Mr. Nguyen Van Vu, Deputy Secretary of the Company's Party Committee, said: In the period of 2020-2025, the Company produced 20.3 million tons of raw coal, reaching an average of 4.06 million tons/year, exceeding the target of the Resolution of the 23rd Congress. Revenue growth rate reached 5.46%/year; profit remained stable with an average of 145 billion VND/year. Total budget contribution reached over 5,272 billion VND, an increase of nearly 5%/year; an important contribution to the provincial and Group budgets. The average salary of the whole Company reached 19.9 million VND/person/month, increasing steadily over the years, clearly reflecting the real growth of the enterprise.

Production is increasingly deep and far away, with complex geological changes, requiring synchronous technical and technological solutions. "The company has boldly invested in many modern mechanized mining systems, such as the synchronized CGH longwall using ZH1600 support frame, scraper, fire-proof conveyor, hydraulic rotary drilling machine... bringing high efficiency and improving working conditions. The centralized operating system through mining management software, online equipment monitoring, smart cameras, automatic gas measurement... is strongly deployed", said Mr. Ngo Van Cu, Party Cell Secretary, Head of Mining Engineering and Technology Department.

In particular, the implementation of the model "Green mine - smart mine - safe mine" has marked a proactive step in digital transformation, improving the efficiency of production management, safety and environment. In 5 years, the Company has invested hundreds of billions of VND in key projects, such as the main fan station, drainage system, upgrading coal and rock conveyor lines, modernizing car wash areas, mine waste dumps, settling ponds, and wastewater treatment plants to meet standards. Along with that, projects to improve the environmental landscape, green waste dumps, and plant trees along transport routes have been systematically deployed. Automatic environmental monitoring systems are installed in key areas to help control the quality of water, gas, and dust in a scientific and transparent manner. From the mindset of "exploitation goes hand in hand with resource protection", the Company has gradually built the image of an environmentally friendly enterprise in harmony with the community.

Caring for workers' lives has always been the focus of the Party's leadership. Workers' housing areas have been renovated; canteens, bathrooms, sports and cultural areas have been invested in synchronously; mid-shift meals, toxic compensation, support for sick people, workers away from home... have been fully implemented. In 5 years, the Company has recruited 2,038 new workers, sent 1,988 students to vocational training, and organized training to upgrade the qualifications of more than 23,000 people. This is not only an investment in human resources but also a way for Vang Danh to nurture the next generation of skilled and dedicated miners.
