Identifying enterprises as the "backbone" of the economy, enterprise development is an important driving force to help the economy grow, shift the structure, promote local socio-economic development, on November 22, 2021, the Standing Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee issued Resolution No. 08-NQ/TU on innovation, development, and improvement of business performance to 2025 and the following years (referred to as Resolution 08). The Resolution is a correct and timely policy to raise awareness of Party committees at all levels, authorities, socio -political organizations, people and the business community about innovation and development of enterprises, creating momentum for socio-economic development; supporting enterprises to adapt to the new situation, quickly recover, stabilize and develop production and business.

Ha Tinh enterprises have developed in quantity and quality, production and business activities have improved, creating many jobs and paying attention to policies for workers.

According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, the whole province currently has about 13,000 enterprises and affiliated units, contributing about 60% of the province's GRDP, 65% of the budget revenue, 50% of the total investment capital in the area. The fields of operation of enterprises have been showing changes in accordance with the development orientation of the province, increasing the proportion of industry and trade services, reducing the proportion of agriculture .
