Ly Son Special Zone completes resettlement work

By 4 p.m. on November 6, Ly Son special zone had completed the evacuation of people from landslide-prone areas and fragile houses to safety. The functional forces and special zone authorities had completed the evacuation of people from dangerous areas.

Currently, the entire special zone has over 130 households, with 250 people in areas at risk of landslides, with non-permanent houses being moved to live in interspersed with permanent houses for safe shelter. Of which, in Bac An Binh Village - Dao Be, 40 households, with nearly 60 people, have been relocated to schools, Border Guard control stations and some households with permanent houses. 100% of the functional forces are on duty and ensure conditions for food, accommodation and logistics to serve the people. Currently, rain and wind continue to increase, the entire natural disaster prevention system of the special zone is being activated at the highest level to proactively respond to the complicated developments of storm No. 13./.
