- On the morning of December 20th, the People's Committee of Dong Dang commune held a ceremony to launch a campaign to restore traffic order, clear encroached roads and sidewalks, and improve environmental sanitation. Attending the ceremony were leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Dang commune, along with a large number of officials, civil servants, organizations, businesses, armed forces, schools, and residents of the commune.
