

At the conference, representatives from the commune's cultural department announced the Decision on personnel matters for Ms. Dinh Thi Huong, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and Chairwoman of the Women's Union of the commune, to assume the position of Chairwoman of the Education Promotion Association, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Tram, specialist from the commune's cultural department, to assume the position of Chairwoman of the Association of Victims of Agent Orange in Phu Hoa commune.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Vien, Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, congratulated the comrade on being assigned to a new position and requested that, in his new role, he should uphold a spirit of responsibility, unity, and proactively advise and effectively implement movements to promote learning and talent; focus on mobilizing social resources to contribute to raising the intellectual level of the people and supporting victims of Agent Orange in the commune.

In her acceptance speech, Comrade Dinh Thi Huong – the new Chairperson of the Commune's Association for the Promotion of Learning – expressed her gratitude for the trust placed in her by the Party Committee and the local government. She also pledged to continue striving, developing her abilities, and working together with the Association to effectively fulfill its duties and contribute to the further development of the lifelong learning movement.
