On September 25, in Hai Phong, Brigade 649, Department of Motorcycles and Transport, General Department of Logistics and Technology participated in the regular exam for its affiliated units in 2025. To participate in the regular exam to ensure quality and achieve high results, as soon as the plan was made, the Party Committee and Command of Brigade 649 focused on leading and directing agencies and units to seriously implement the Directive and Plan of the Department and the Resolution of the Brigade Party Committee.

Along with that, the units organized for the soldiers to actively review the exam content, fully prepare the facilities, proactively strengthen the landscape of the barracks, and at the same time do a good job of propaganda and agitation in many rich forms to encourage and motivate the spirit of officers and soldiers in the unit.
