During the dialogue, female officials and members of the town reflected on many issues relevant to their lives, such as: to effectively manage loan capital and ensure the efficient use of borrowed funds, it is necessary to appoint a branch head or deputy branch head who also serves as the head of a loan group entrusted to the policy bank and managed by the women's association; to have preferential loans with low interest rates for women in difficult areas and resettlement areas where land has been reclaimed to develop suitable economic models in the locality; and to prioritize allocating funds to grassroots organizations with many activities to accurately assess the progress of each unit's movement.
Officials and members also reported that online scams targeting women are increasing, and relevant authorities need to propose solutions to minimize this situation.

At the dialogue conference, officials from the Women's Union of Ky Anh town proposed policies to provide financial support for part-time officials within the planning framework to participate in training courses on union work, political theory, etc., and maternity benefits for part-time female officials at the commune and ward levels.
