Not only that, the whole province has 1.837 public services (DVC)/1.894 administrative procedures providing online services, reaching the rate of 96,99%. Up to now, our province has implemented online payment of fees/fees on the provincial DVC Portal for more than 500 DVCs online; completing the technical connection to provide online payment of financial obligations in the implementation of administrative procedures for land for households and individuals on the National Service Portal, contributing to publicity and transparency in the implementation of administrative procedures. administrative transactions.

Along with the above results, the Provincial People's Committee drastically directed all levels and sectors to pay attention to creating conditions for small and medium enterprises to compete equally and fairly. From the beginning of 2023 up to now, our province has appraised the land use demand for 23 projects; land recovery, land allocation, land lease, change of land use purpose, extension of land use term for 17 dossiers and projects with a total area of nearly 230 ha; receive and settle 18 dossiers of application for approval for the transfer or lease of land use rights or capital contribution with agricultural land use rights to implement investment projects. Along with that, our province has stepped up the inspection and examination of land use by organizations; promptly detect, handle and effectively prevent the situation of "petty corruption", harassment and trouble for enterprises of a part of cadres and civil servants. In particular, specialized agencies have guided and supported 5 investors to complete investment procedures; 15 investors carry out deposit procedures to secure the project implementation with a total amount of over VND 7,7 billion; 22 projects have been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for investment/granted investment registration certificates. Not only that, in order to support businesses to recover and develop, our province continues to implement the policy of exemption, reduction and extension of tax payment time according to the provisions of the National Assembly and the Government for enterprises with a total amount of 108,7 billions dong; frozen debt of 6,7 billion VND for 60 taxpayers. At the same time, encourage OCOP subjects to actively update and perfect recognized products to participate in the evaluation and upgrade the star rating in 2023. Currently, 11 districts and cities have registered 130 products to participate in the evaluation. , OCOP classification includes: 81 newly developed products and 49 re-evaluated products.
