Photographer Nguyen Tuan Anh was born and raised in Hai Phong , a member of the Hai Phong Press Photo Club, a member of the Hai Phong Photography Association, and a member of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists. He currently works at Tay Au Beer Joint Stock Company - Hai Phong.
Started doing freelance photography in 2009, stemming from his interest in photography during his student days. At first, he only took photos of his family members, then moved on to taking photos of everyday life and the surrounding society.
With a passion for traveling around the country, photography is once again an indispensable part of his trips and through that brings him overwhelming emotions before the beautiful scenery of the mountains and forests or the vast ocean. Photography has helped him connect with many friends with the same passion all over the country and through that helps him love the beautiful country of Vietnam even more.
“Thanks to photography, I have been able to visit places that previously only appeared in my dreams, such as visiting and composing on the Truong Sa archipelago, meeting naval soldiers directly at the forefront of the waves and winds on the islands of my homeland... such trips are full of emotions. In general, with photography, I still need to constantly learn,” shared Photographer Nguyen Tuan Anh.
Some outstanding works of Photographer Nguyen Tuan Anh: “Painting the high sky”, Silver Medal of the Red River Delta Art Photography Festival in 2018; “Generation exchange at Trang Cat Border Post”, Third prize of the “Beauty of Hai Phong people” photo contest in 2019; “A feature of the spirit medium”, exhibition VN-19.
At the 2020 Hai Phong Art Photography Contest: “Hai Phong in the Clouds”, Second Prize; “Cua Nhuong Early Market” and “Pearl Eyes of the Sea” won Third Prize.
At the 2021 national art photography contest on the theme of the homeland's sea and islands called "Fatherland on the shore of the waves" in 2021, his work "Peace in mother's arms" won third prize; his work "Conservation and development of mangrove forests is sustainable development" was selected for exhibition...
