The Suzuki e-Access electric scooter goes on sale, expected to cost over 29 million VND.

Following its official launch in India, the latest information indicates that Suzuki is about to begin selling the e-Access – the Japanese brand's first electric motorcycle.

With the rapid launch of new electric motorcycle models, Suzuki is also following this trend, recently unveiling the e-Access. This electric motorcycle is aimed at meeting the transportation needs of urban dwellers and is built upon the company's popular gasoline-powered scooter, the Access 125.

Based on multiple internal sources, the automotive website Rushlane recently reported that the 2025 Suzuki e-Access electric motorcycle may officially go on sale as early as September 2025. Therefore, the day you can own this Suzuki electric motorcycle is no longer far away.

Suzuki first introduced the e-Access model at the Auto Expo 2025 in India as a display vehicle. This model quickly attracted the attention of many fans of the Japanese automaker.

In terms of design, the Suzuki e-Access retains almost entirely the overall style of the traditional Access line, but has been refined to have a more modern and sharper appearance.

The 2025 Suzuki e-Access electric motorcycle is equipped with LED headlights positioned directly on the handlebars, along with a neatly and elegantly designed front fairing.

The scooter boasts a sleek body with sharp side panels, a long and wide seat comfortably accommodating two people, and stylishly designed taillights. Additionally, it features sporty alloy wheels, a flat and easy-to-use footrest, and a fairly spacious under-seat storage compartment, offering high practicality.

One notable feature is the TFT digital display, which allows for clear and modern information display – a feature increasingly common in high-end electric vehicles.

The Suzuki e-Access is equipped with a 3.07 kWh LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery, combined with a 4.1 kW electric motor mounted directly to the rear swingarm.

According to the manufacturer, the vehicle can reach a top speed of 71 km/h, with a range of 95 km per full charge – suitable for daily urban commuting needs. Regarding charging time, the company states that the e-Access takes approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes to charge from 0% to 80%, which is a relatively acceptable timeframe for its segment.

Beyond standard charging, Suzuki also plans to develop a fast-charging station system to provide greater convenience for users of its electric vehicles.

Although the price hasn't been officially announced, many automotive experts predict the Suzuki e-Access will be priced around 29.9 million VND in India. The bike will directly compete with formidable rivals such as the Bajaj Chetak, TVS iQube, Hero Vida VX2, Ather Rizta, and especially the Honda Activa e.
