According to Dr. Trinh Cong Duy, lecturer at the University of Technology (University of Danang), for administrative staff, it also starts with simple tasks such as using AI-integrated tools to draft documents, schedule daily schedules, write projects... but clearly we cannot "leave" 100% to AI, we must control the output, and use the tools responsibly.

"We will use some available tools on the computer first, then gradually increase the demand by applying technology. It only takes 1 to 2 weeks for students to be able to apply them in their work," Dr. Trinh Cong Duy shared.
