Artificial intelligence is driving a rapid transformation in how people work. Many organizations and businesses have embraced this trend by integrating AI into their operations and training their staff to use AI to optimize productivity.

Mr. Dang Huynh Cong Thien, an employee at the Center for Microchip Design and Artificial Intelligence Training, shared that AI is very useful in his administrative work, such as using Copilot to assist with paperwork and automate tasks. "After this training session, I can use it to summarize documents or use AI tools to create PowerPoint presentations," Mr. Thien shared.

The presentations covered topics including strategies for deploying AI in public administration, case studies from international best practices, and solutions for optimizing internal resources. Speakers shared and guided participants on how to approach and master practical AI applications such as document creation, image processing, project management, data analysis, and administrative procedures using platforms like Copilot, Microsoft Teams, and the AI-integrated Office 365 suite.

According to Dr. Trinh Cong Duy, a lecturer at the University of Technology (Da Nang University), administrative staff can start with simple tasks such as using AI-integrated tools to draft documents, schedule daily activities, write projects, etc., but clearly we cannot "leave everything" to AI; we must control the output and use the tools responsibly.

"We will start by using some readily available computer tools, then gradually increase the demands by applying technology. In just one to two weeks, the trainees will be able to apply what they learn to their work," shared Dr. Trinh Cong Duy.
