To reduce cardiovascular events, three main factors must be combined. First, early detection of risk factors (hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, overweight/obesity, sedentary lifestyle, etc.) and minimizing these risk factors are crucial. Second, patients need early diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Importantly, when implementing treatment, consideration should be given to minimally invasive methods that offer the highest effectiveness, such as endovascular intervention and endoscopic surgery. This is considered a prominent trend in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases today, helping to improve the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment for patients.
