On January 7, Da Lat City Police said that they had clearly identified the two drivers who beat people at Kim Cuc intersection (Ward 3, Da Lat City, Lam Dong) as Dang Ba Hoi (40 years old) and Nguyen Dinh Cam (39 years old, both in Thach Ha district, Ha Tinh ) to strictly handle them according to the law.
Previously, at around 11:25 a.m. on January 3, because they thought the driver of the passenger bus with license plate 51B-206.96 was cutting in front of their car, Hoi and Cam (both drivers of the truck with license plate 62C-004.56) stopped the tourist bus at Kim Cuc intersection.
When the bus driver got off the bus, Hoi and Cam immediately attacked him. Seeing this, a tourist and a tour guide who tried to intervene were also injured by Cam. The incident happened during rush hour, causing traffic congestion at the intersection at the gateway to the center of Da Lat city.
