Over the years, youth union activities and movements within the Border Guard Force of the province have been implemented systematically, closely adhering to the political tasks of each unit and locality. The focus has been on political and ideological education, building character for youth union members. Through maintaining a regular study schedule and thoroughly understanding resolutions and directives, 100% of youth union members have maintained their stance, felt secure in their work, and are ready to accept and successfully complete assigned tasks.
The pioneering spirit of the youth is clearly demonstrated on the front lines. Since the beginning of the year, youth union members throughout the force have participated in hundreds of patrols, inspections, and border protection operations; coordinating to closely monitor the situation both inside and outside the border, promptly detecting and handling emerging incidents, contributing to maintaining political security and social order in border areas.
At Ia Nan Border Guard Station, the Youth Union members are always the core force in carrying out the tasks of managing and protecting the border and participating in local development. The Youth Union members regularly stay close to the people and the local area, promoting legal awareness, mobilizing the people to comply with border regulations, and actively participating in crime prevention and control.
Lieutenant Colonel Le Tuan Anh, Commander of Ia Nan Border Guard Station, said: "The unit's Youth Union members always play a pioneering role, not only successfully fulfilling their duties in managing and protecting the border but also actively participating in helping the people develop socio-economic conditions, contributing to maintaining stability in the area."

Along the coast and islands, the Youth Union of Nhon Chau Border Guard Station effectively implemented the dissemination of the Vietnamese Border Guard Law, regulations on fisheries exploitation, and the fight against IUU fishing; while also assisting fishermen in anchoring their boats and preventing natural disasters.
During storms and floods, the Youth Union always takes the lead, participating in relocating property, reinforcing houses for people, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters. These timely and responsible actions have contributed to strengthening the people's trust and building an increasingly solid all-people border defense posture.
Youth union activities within the Border Guard Force of the province are increasingly becoming more in-depth, aiming for practical and long-term effectiveness. Many models and programs have been implemented and maintained effectively, becoming a support system for people in border areas, such as: Helping children go to school - Children adopted by Border Guard Posts, Borderland lessons, Border Guard's helping hands, Charity kitchens, Volunteer Saturdays, Green Sundays… These models not only provide material support but also contribute to raising awareness and creating motivation for people to improve their lives.
In the first two months of 2026, the Border Guard Youth Union branches in the province coordinated the implementation of many social welfare programs such as "Border Guard Spring - Warming the Hearts of the People" and "Spring Colors of the Border - Sharing the Tết Holiday," with a total support value of billions of VND, attracting a large number of officers, Youth Union members and other forces to participate.
In anticipation of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2026), on March 21, the Provincial Border Guard Command organized activities including Youth Month and Border Month, combined with a "Golden Bell" quiz competition on national borders and the Vietnamese Border Guard Law in Ia Pnôn commune, with a total budget of over 95 million VND.
In addition, the Youth Union of the Provincial Border Guard Command continues to promote the model of "Helping one poor household every week," organizing the donation of national flags, portraits of President Ho Chi Minh, and medical cabinets; coordinating free medical examinations and dispensing of medicine to the people; and supporting students in difficult circumstances. Captain Pham Huu Thoai - Deputy Political Officer of Nhon Chau Border Guard Station - shared: Through these specific activities, the Youth Union not only fulfills its duties but also contributes to building a strong foundation of public support in the islands, creating a support system for fishermen to confidently go out to sea.
According to Lieutenant Hoang Minh Hai, Assistant for Mass Mobilization Affairs (Provincial Border Guard Command), in the coming time, the youth union work of the Provincial Border Guard Command will continue to innovate in content and methods of operation, linked to political tasks and practical requirements of the locality. Movements such as "Youth Shock Troops for National Defense," "Youth Volunteers," and "Creative Youth" will be widely implemented, creating a clear impact and contributing to building a strong Provincial Border Guard Command and ensuring stability in the coastal and land border areas.
