Shoe sole factory engulfed in massive fire.

According to local authorities, at approximately 1:30 PM on August 4th, a factory specializing in shoe sole manufacturing in La Xa village, Dan Chu commune (Tu Ky district, Hai Duong province) suddenly caught fire.

Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police Department (Hai Duong Provincial Police) and the Tu Ky District Police mobilized fire trucks and officers to the scene to extinguish the fire.

Because there were many flammable items inside the factory, the fire quickly spread and intensified (Photo: HN).

By approximately 3:30 PM that same day, the fire was largely under control. Because the workshop contained many flammable materials, police continuously sprayed water to prevent the flames from reigniting.

At the time of the fire, the workers were able to quickly escape to safety, so there were no casualties.

According to initial reports from authorities, the fire covered an area of ​​approximately 500 square meters of the factory, and many items were destroyed by the flames.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire and assessing the damage.
