With the spirit of “preparing early, deploying remotely”, the unit closely coordinated with the Department of Health ( Ministry of Public Security ), the medical force of the Ministry of National Defense, hospitals under the Hanoi Department of Health and medical stations of central wards, to ensure medical work serving the leaders of the Party, State, delegations, parade forces, as well as people and tourists attending.
Most recently, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Van - Deputy Director of the Department of Health , Ministry of Public Security, together with leaders of functional departments, inspected and encouraged the medical team of the City Police Hospital at 2 initial first aid points and online positions on the street.

Deputy Director Nguyen Thanh Van acknowledged the hospital's sense of responsibility and careful preparation, and emphasized that this is an especially important task, requiring doctors and nurses to always be in the highest state of readiness.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Director of Hanoi City Police Hospital, said that the unit has developed many scenarios to respond to medical situations that may arise during the celebration. Emergency plans, transportation, and inter-hospital coordination have all been carefully prepared to ensure speed, timeliness, and efficiency.
According to the plan, the Hospital arranged 2 first aid tents at the Lieu Giai-Doi Can intersection and Hanoi Railway Station; at the same time, deploying 7 medical teams on the streets where the parade passed. A total of nearly 50 officers, doctors, nurses, drivers and logistics staff were mobilized, divided into 9 teams on duty in 9 areas, ensuring timely support and handling of all situations.

The medical tents are fully equipped like a miniature emergency clinic, with hospital beds, screening equipment, and patient classification. Mild cases are given first aid on the spot, while severe cases are immediately transferred to specialized hospitals such as Viet Duc, Bach Mai, 108 Military Central, Hanoi Heart Hospital, etc. Two ambulances are arranged as “mobile emergency rooms”, with ventilators, defibrillators, and monitors.
In addition, a rapid response emergency team was also established, always on standby, ready to move. The actual implementation on the first day of the parade and marching practice showed the effectiveness of the plan.
Hanoi City Police Hospital received and treated 14 emergency cases, of which two cases had to be transferred to other hospitals, including a foreigner with a dislocated arm who was given first aid, fixed in a splint and transferred to 108 Military Central Hospital, and another case taken to Hanoi Heart Hospital for treatment.

With synchronous coordination and careful preparation, Hanoi Police Hospital together with the Central, Military and local medical forces are determined to ensure the best health for the participating forces, as well as the people of the capital and tourists.
This is not only a purely medical mission, but also an important contribution to the overall success of the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 - a political, historical and cultural event of special significance to the nation.
