The study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style are concretized by the staff and employees of the Yen Thuy Regional Medical Center through their sense of responsibility and dedication to serving the people.
Learning from Uncle Ho is linked to political tasks.
Following the successful conclusion of the First Party Congress of Yen Thuy Commune, for the 2025-2030 term, the Yen Thuy Commune Party Committee quickly concretized the goals and tasks into action programs and implementation plans suitable to the local conditions. This is also a way to make learning and following Uncle Ho's teachings a driving force for development, instead of just remaining at the level of awareness.
Comrade Bui Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, stated that the implementation of the resolution was carried out with clear responsibilities, tasks, and deadlines. Each program and task was quantified with specific targets, linked to regular inspection and supervision to ensure effective implementation. Throughout this process, the locality particularly emphasized the proactive, innovative, and creative spirit of the cadres and Party members – qualities always stressed by President Ho Chi Minh in building the Party and the political system.
Learning from President Ho Chi Minh's spirit of responsibility and the principle of matching words with actions, the Party Committee of the commune has focused on leading the implementation of key tasks, striving to complete 16 main targets in the 2025-2030 term. Among these are many breakthrough goals such as total social investment reaching 3,300 billion VND, 100% of administrative procedures being processed online, and building the commune to meet advanced new rural standards by 2030.
Learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's example is also closely linked to the work of Party building and rectification. With 64 Party organizations and more than 2,100 Party members, the commune's Party committee focuses on promoting the exemplary role of leaders, building a team of cadres who are close to the people, understand the people, respect the people, and are responsible to the people. Each cadre and Party member is encouraged to choose specific tasks to register for implementation, using the effectiveness of the work and the satisfaction of the people as a measure of evaluation.
From shifts in awareness to action, the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style in Yen Thuy is gradually becoming a norm in leadership, administration, and task implementation. This is also an important foundation for the locality to continue creating positive changes in socio-economic development and improving the lives of the people.
Spreading from models that are close to the people.
While at the Party and government levels, learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's example is demonstrated through a spirit of responsibility and innovation in leadership and guidance, in residential areas, these values are manifested through practical projects and activities for the community.
Thong Nhat neighborhood is a shining example. Despite facing numerous difficulties in infrastructure and the lives of its residents, the neighborhood's officials, Party members, and people have joined forces to build their homeland through a spirit of unity and consensus. Over 280 million VND and hundreds of man-days of labor have been mobilized to repair roads, install street lighting, plant trees, and improve the landscape. The cleaner, more beautiful streets and improved living environment have not only transformed the neighborhood's appearance but also strengthened the people's trust in the policies of the Party and local government.
Mr. Trinh Dung Hanh, Secretary of the Thong Nhat neighborhood Party Branch, said that along with infrastructure investment, the neighborhood has paid special attention to promoting the strength of unity among the people, boosting the "All People Protect National Security" movement, and promptly resolving emerging issues at the grassroots level. As a result, the neighborhood has maintained its title of "Culturally Advanced Residential Area" for many years, and the material and spiritual lives of the people have been continuously improved. By 2025, the average per capita income is expected to reach over 60 million VND.
The spirit of learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's example has spread widely throughout the commune through emulation movements in economic development, new rural construction, and social welfare. The entire commune has 11 out of 17 hamlets meeting the standards of model new rural areas, 19 model gardens, and 6 OCOP products recognized. These results not only reflect economic development but also demonstrate the effectiveness of fostering self-reliance, self-improvement, solidarity, and community responsibility in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's ideology.

The activity of donating wheelchairs to disadvantaged veterans is one of the practical actions that contributes to bringing the learning and following of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings into life.
In Yen Thuy, learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's example is also demonstrated through humane gestures and acts of sharing with those who have dedicated their youth to the Fatherland. Recently, Agribank Yen Thuy Branch, in coordination with the Fatherland Front Committee and the Veterans Association of the commune, donated wheelchairs and cash to two veterans in difficult circumstances in the area. These gifts, handed directly to the veterans, not only help them live more conveniently in their daily lives but also serve as a sincere expression of gratitude to the soldiers of the past.
Through such acts of kindness and compassion, the tradition of "drinking water and remembering the source," the spirit of solidarity, and humanity continue to be nurtured, becoming a beautiful aspect of community life and contributing to putting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style into practice.
