100% of the stalled projects in Ho Chi Minh City have had their obstacles removed.

According to a report from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Finance, the projects for which the National Assembly assigned Ho Chi Minh City to resolve difficulties and obstacles under Resolution 170 have now been completed.

Accordingly, to date, all 11 projects, representing 100% of the projects, have completed the processing of their respective issues. No further obstacles have arisen during the implementation of the resolution plan.

Specifically, the city has resolved difficulties for 11 projects, including: the Observation Tower Complex project (Empire City project), the Song Viet Complex project, the 1,330-apartment project (New City apartment building by Thuan Viet), the 30.2-hectare land area in Binh Khanh ward (The Water Bay project) and the 30.1-hectare area in Nam Rach Chiec, the BT project for 4 roads, the BT project for Thu Thiem 2 bridge, the BT project for infrastructure in the Northern residential area, the project at 39-39B Ben Van Don, the residential area project at 168 Phan Van Tri, the office building and hotel complex project at 3C Ton Duc Thang, and the quadrilateral area project at Nguyen Hue - Ho Tung Mau - Huynh Thuc Khang - Ngo Duc Ke.
