From 8am on July 16, the Ministry of Education and Training will announce the high school graduation exam scores. After announcing the scores, localities will consider graduation for students, to be completed no later than July 18.
Candidates and parents can look up the 2025 high school graduation exam results in one of the following 3 ways:
Method 1: Look up on VietNamNet Newspaper
Candidates access the address https://vietnamnet.vn/giao-duc/diem-thi/tra-cuu-diem-thi-tot-nghiep-thpt-2025. Then, candidates enter their registration number and click the "Search" box to see their exam results.

Method 2: Look up through the Ministry of Education and Training's exam management system
Candidates access the address https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2F.
Then, the candidate enters the CCCD/CMND/DDC number and login code, confirmation code.
Candidates continue to click on the "Search" section to see their scores.
Method 3: Look up via the website of the Department of Education and Training
The local Department of Education and Training will provide exam scores to candidates. Candidates can look up their exam results on the websites of the Department of Education and Training.
After knowing the score, candidates can calculate the high school graduation score as follows:
Graduation score = [(total score of 4 subjects + total incentive score)/4] + average score of all school years] / 2 + priority score (if any).
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates who are eligible to take the exam, have not been disciplined to have their exam results canceled, and have a graduation score of 5 points or higher will be recognized as graduating from high school. In particular, all exams and subjects must achieve a score of more than 1 point on a 10-point scale.
After knowing the scores, candidates have 10 days to review if needed, from July 16 to July 25. Candidates wishing to enter university will register and adjust their wishes an unlimited number of times on the Ministry's common system from July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28.
Last year,Civics had the highest average score of 8.16, followed by Literature with 7.23. English had the lowest average score of 5.51. This was also the only subject with an average score below 6 in 2024.
