Implementing the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program, up to now, Hoa Binh province has had 158 OCOP products with 3 stars or more, 32 OCOP products with 4 stars and 124 OCOP products with 3 stars.

OCOP products of Hoa Binh province mainly focus on the group of typical products, the province's strengths, trusted by domestic and international customers such as: Cao Phong oranges, Tan Lac red grapefruit, products processed from bamboo shoots, Bat Do bamboo shoots... Along with that are products belonging to the medicinal group such as turmeric starch, honey peach lemon tea, ethnic brocade.

According to the OCOP Program project of Hoa Binh province for the period 2021 - 2030, regarding product development, Hoa Binh province aims to standardize 160 more products, striving for a total of 210 standardized products by 2030; develop at least 100 new economic organizations, upgrade 40 - 50 organizations that have participated in the OCOP Program.

In 2024, Hoa Binh province aims to develop 16 OCOP products with 3 stars or higher, continue to develop OCOP product introduction and sales points in the province. In particular, promote and encourage women's movements, youth, and young intellectuals to actively research and develop new OCOP products, specific to the locality; deploy a number of models on preserving and promoting the role of traditional craft villages and craft villages associated with OCOP product development.

Recently, at the 2024 Northern Region - Hanoi Exhibition Fair of Typical Rural Industrial Products and the awarding of certificates of typical rural industrial products at the regional level to 126 products and product sets, Hoa Binh province had 3 products and product sets certified as typical rural industrial products, including: Linh Duoc Son Panax pseudoginseng and black ginseng tea of ​​ELIPHA Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Tan Thinh ward, Hoa Binh city); Pa Co snow shan tea of ​​Phuong Huyen Company Limited (Tan Thinh ward, Hoa Binh city) and the product set of Solanum procumbens extract and Tuyet Nhi black ginseng extract of Tuyet Nhi Cooperative (Dong Bon village, Cao Duong commune, Luong Son district).

The above products are all typical OCOP products of Hoa Binh province that have achieved 4-star certification and are certified as typical rural industrial products of Hoa Binh province in 2023.
