Minimize the impact on civil aviation operations.
Prior to the conference, the staff of the participating units held numerous preparatory meetings and worked directly with each other to develop coordinated plans to ensure overall flight safety between civil and military aviation.
The preliminary meetings outlined the flight procedures, the principles of coordination, and the civil aviation flight operation plan during training, joint training, preliminary rehearsals, general rehearsals, and celebratory flights, ensuring flight safety, adherence to the A80 flight plan, and minimizing disruption to civil aviation operations to and from Noi Bai Airport, especially international flights.
After hearing the plan, the units analyzed each flight option and assessed the impact of each flight on flight operations to and from Noi Bai Airport.
Both sides agreed on principles for coordination, command, and control of military and civil aviation flights, ensuring absolute flight safety, adhering strictly to Plan A80, and minimizing the impact on civil aviation operations in the Noi Bai airport area, especially international flights.
It is agreed to establish a mechanism for direct coordination between military flight commanders and the civil aviation joint duty crew at the Noi Bai Air Traffic Control Tower, in order to ensure quick, timely, and accurate coordination.
