Accordingly, 56 organizations and individuals participated in the "auction" by submitting registration forms with short-term land lease prices higher than the starting price set by the city for investment, exploitation, and business services on 8 large land plots, mainly formed from adjacent resettlement land plots that had not yet been put into use. As a result, 7 organizations and individuals with the highest bids were selected to lease the 8 land plots for a total rent of over 2.5 billion VND/year, which is 617.6 million VND/year more than the starting price.
Reportedly, on June 1st and 3rd, the Da Nang City Land Development Center continued to select organizations and individuals to lease public land for short-term periods at 23 land plots to serve socio-economic development and prevent land from being left idle and wasted.
