Heartwarming "Trade Union Meal" at TKV units

In response to the Workers' Month and the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, many units within the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industry Group (TKV) organized the "Trade Union Meal" program with many meaningful and practical activities for workers. Beyond simply providing meals, the program also became an opportunity to strengthen team bonds and spread the spirit of sharing and cooperation between the enterprise and its workers.

At the Environmental Company - TKV, the Company's Trade Union, in coordination with specialized departments, organized a "Trade Union Meal" at the office, affiliated workshops, and production teams. Over 1,000 carefully prepared meals created a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the unit.

From the very beginning of lunchtime, the atmosphere in the company's canteens became bustling. The hot, nutritious meals not only demonstrated the concern of the company's leadership and the trade union for the workers, but also served as a token of gratitude to the workers who are silently and tirelessly contributing to the unit's development.

The "Trade Union Meal" was organized simultaneously at all units within the Company, with a unified meal value between office staff and field production teams. Regardless of their position, all workers received the same care and attention, gathering together for a meal imbued with the spirit of "Discipline and Unity" of the miners.

Besides contributing to improving the material well-being of employees, the program also creates a close-knit environment where staff and workers can bond and share experiences after long hours of hard work. Everyday stories and heartwarming laughter over simple meals have helped to motivate employees, ensuring their peace of mind at work and their long-term commitment to the company.

In the same spirit, on May 19th, the Mining Workers Transportation and Shuttle Service Joint Stock Company also organized the "Trade Union Meal" for 2026 for all cadres, employees, and workers currently working at the Company.
