- Comrade Tran Chien Thang: In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee of An Bien commune will strengthen the building and rectification of the Party and the political system to be clean and strong in all aspects; focus on digital transformation in the political system. At the same time, mobilize all resources to invest in synchronous socio-economic infrastructure, promote economic development; protect and build the environmental landscape. The commune also focuses on preserving and promoting traditional cultural values, social order and safety; improve the material and spiritual life of the people; strive to become a fairly developed commune in the province.

- Reporter: So what are the key tasks to realize the above goals?

- Comrade Tran Chien Thang: To achieve the set goals, the Party Committee of An Bien commune focuses on implementing the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Creativity - Development", building a political system and solidarity among the people, promoting democracy, maintaining discipline, order, innovation, and determination to act for the development of An Bien commune. The focus is on rapid and sustainable economic development, exploiting potentials and advantages, shifting the economic structure towards increasing trade and services, improving quality and value, applying science and technology, and protecting the environment; at the same time, paying attention to building culture, education, health care, and maintaining national defense and security.

In addition, the commune focuses on developing economic areas such as: Tuesday Trade Center, renovating Dong Yen and Xeo Ro markets; calling on businesses to invest in expanding production, business, industries, and professions of processing agricultural products, food, raw materials... developing OCOP products, typical rural industries, expanding high-quality rice production areas, low emissions associated with green growth. At the same time, it is necessary to build and organize the implementation of resolutions, programs, projects in various fields, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of An Bien.

- Comrade Tran Chien Thang: The Party Committee of An Bien commune recognizes that the core is to regularly grasp and concretize the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws in accordance with local realities. Each task needs to clearly identify the focus and key points, with a specific roadmap for strong leadership and direction; at the same time, strengthen inspection, interim and final reviews, and promptly draw lessons. In the development process, the commune always puts the people at the center, linking socio-economic development with preserving and promoting the historical and cultural values of the nation and locality.

In addition, the Party Committee of the commune focuses on promoting democracy, arousing the spirit of self-reliance, self-improvement, creativity, maintaining dialogue and promptly resolving arising issues to strengthen the great national unity bloc.
