(NLDO) - The woman ran away but was chased by a man who used a sharp object like a knife to stab her in the chest. This man also took a bottle of gasoline and tried to pour it on the victim.
As of 10 p.m. on March 15, Binh Duong Provincial Police were still blocking off the scene to investigate and clarify the serious murder case that occurred in Dinh Hoa Ward, Thu Dau Mot City.
The deceased victim was Ms. TTP (42 years old, living in the area).
The subject was controlled by the people and the authorities.
According to several witnesses and security camera footage, at nearly 6 p.m. the same day, a man met Ms. P. on D14 Street, near a social housing apartment building, to talk.
This person then pulled Ms. P. into his truck. Seeing this, Ms. P. immediately ran away but this person chased after her and used a sharp object that looked like a knife to stab her multiple times in the chest.

Next, the man poured gasoline on the victim, but was stopped by nearby residents and security forces, then subdued and handed over to the authorities.

Ms. P. was taken to Binh Duong General Hospital for emergency treatment, but died due to severe injuries.
According to the hospital, the victim suffered stab wounds to the arm and a penetrating chest wound.
