The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment requires the public posting of land violations.
The Department of Land Management has just issued Official Letter No. 5244/BNNMT-QLĐĐ dated May 25th to the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities regarding the public posting of information on violations and remediation of land law violations and regulations on administrative procedures related to land on the Ministry's electronic portal as stipulated in Decree No. 49/2026/NĐ-CP.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment , on January 31, 2026, the Government issued Decree No. 49/2026/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of several articles of Resolution No. 254/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the Land Law. The Decree takes effect from January 31, 2026.
Specifically, Clause 3 of Article 13 and Clause 2 of Article 15 of the Decree stipulate that provincial People's Committees must publicly post information on violations and remediation of land law violations and regulations on administrative procedures related to land on the electronic portal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment is currently directing relevant units to finalize the Ministry's electronic portal to facilitate the posting of this content.
While awaiting the completion of the system, the Ministry requests that the People's Committees of provinces and cities continue to direct the issuance of documents regulating the administrative procedures for land; and at the same time, send documents, lists, and information on violations and remediation of land law violations to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment for public posting on the Ministry's electronic portal.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment requests that localities pay attention to organizing the implementation to ensure transparency in land management and compliance with legal regulations.
