At the exhibition, visitors will be able to admire the traditional beauty of the people of Hanoi, such as going to the flower market, going to the Tet market, arranging the five-fruit tray, etc., clearly depicted through paintings by renowned artists Nguyen Tien Chung, Pham Van Don, Tran Luu Hau, and others.
The sacred moment of New Year's Eve is vividly depicted through the works of renowned painters Le Quoc Loc, Nguyen Tu Nghiem, and Pham Viet Hai. Springtime – sightseeing, visiting temples, and enjoying the spring atmosphere of Hanoi's famous landmarks – is recreated by renowned painters Bui Xuan Phai, Nguyen Nghia Duyen, and Nguyen Trong Kiem in works such as: Streets, Ngoc Ha Flower Village, Dong Da Hill, Temple of Literature, Lang Pagoda, Phu Dong Temple Festival...
Bui Xuan Phai's painting "Hanoi Street" was displayed in 3D mapping at the exhibition, attracting viewers.
In his opening remarks at the exhibition, Dr. Nguyen Anh Minh, Director of the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, said that spring in Hanoi is a unique characteristic and a source of inspiration for artists who have lived and been connected to Hanoi, or even just once visited this sacred land steeped in the spirit of the mountains and rivers of a thousand years.

"Many literary and artistic works about spring have entered the consciousness of every citizen when thinking of Hanoi. Especially in visual arts, the atmosphere, scenery, and harmony of spring in Hanoi have always been a source of inspiration for many generations of artists."
"That lifeblood never stops flowing, like the four seasons rotating in a year, like life itself, always moving, developing, and flourishing," Mr. Minh said.
Spring paintings by various artists are presented using 3D mapping.
According to Dr. Nguyen Anh Minh, displaying original artworks combined with graphic techniques and 3D mapping projections in the Hanoi Spring Exhibition will offer the public a new experience and a new visual effect.
At the same time, we will continue to leverage the advantages of digital technology in displaying fine art works; and propose solutions to enhance the value of fine art works. In particular, valuable works and national treasures will appear more frequently and be more widely accessible to art lovers, both domestically and internationally.

Attending the exhibition, Mr. Vuong Duy Bien, former Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said that the theme of spring has always been a favorite idea of many artists. The paintings displayed in the exhibition will partly preserve the true emotions of the artists each time Tet and spring arrive.
"Through appreciating the paintings, young people will understand and love the cultural traditions of Tet more; from there, they will join hands to preserve and protect these sacred beauties. The combination of 3D mapping projection technology has also created a new approach to art for the public, especially young people - those living in the digital age," Mr. Vuong Duy Bien shared.
The Hanoi Spring Exhibition is open from January 26th to February 25th at the first floor of Building B, Vietnam Fine Arts Museum (66 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi).
