According to the latest report, the total state budget capital plan for 2025, after review and reallocation to continue implementing the New Rural Development Program in Quang Khe commune, is over 1.2 billion VND. This capital includes both funds carried over from previous years and newly allocated funds, playing a crucial role in maintaining the sustainable socio -economic development of the locality.
The capital structure is relatively clearly allocated; over 276 million VND is for development investment capital and approximately 1 billion VND is for operational capital. This allocation reflects the commune's orientation for 2025, which is to simultaneously invest in technical infrastructure and focus resources on management, environmental activities, and maintaining models that serve the people's well-being.

To date, the total disbursed value has reached approximately 436 million VND, equivalent to 34% of the plan. Of this, development investment capital has achieved a disbursement rate of about 50%, indicating fairly positive progress. Operating capital currently stands at around 30% and is expected to increase significantly in the final month of the year.
Based on the actual progress, Quang Khe commune aims to achieve an overall disbursement rate of approximately 75% by the end of 2025. The locality strives to disburse 100% of the operational budget to ensure the effectiveness of community support models, while the development investment budget is expected to reach about 50% of the plan.
In 2025, the contents of the National Target Program for Building New Rural Areas will continue to bring about significant changes to the local landscape. A highlight in the socio-economic infrastructure sector is the project of the drainage system in the central area of the commune (formerly under the Dak Plao Management Board).

With an additional funding of 240 million VND, the project was completed on schedule, inspected, handed over, and fully paid to the construction units. Putting the drainage system into operation has effectively resolved the flooding situation in the central area, contributing to improving the quality of life for the people.
In the field of environmental protection, Quang Khe commune continues to implement many sustainable models after the administrative unit merger. A prime example is the "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful - Safe by 2025" model, with a total estimated budget of approximately 400 million VND, focusing on village beautification, installing lighting systems, and building model residential areas.
In addition, a model for collecting agricultural waste is being implemented to gradually form the habit of collecting and recycling waste at the source, contributing to building a clean and environmentally friendly agricultural system.
Despite certain procedural and time-related difficulties, with the close guidance of the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the commune, the implementation of the National Target Program for New Rural Development in Quang Khe in 2025 is on track.
Essential infrastructure projects and "bright, green, clean, and beautiful" roads are gradually taking shape, affirming the effective use of budget funds and bringing practical benefits to the people.
