Handing over 4 models of "Skilled Civil Affairs" to villages in extremely difficult areas

On the afternoon of July 25, Economic - Defense Group 337, Military Region 4 coordinated with the authorities of Huong Lap and Huong Phung communes to organize the handover of 4 skillful mass mobilization models "Improving cultural institutions of village community houses".

Accordingly, the villages that were handed over the models include: Tri and Trang Ta - Puong of Huong Lap commune; Ra Ly - Rao and Nguon Rao - Pin of Huong Phung commune. The total value of the 4 models is 200 million VND.

In addition to the supported funding, the construction process of the 337th Military Economic Group also directly supported working days, repaired and upgraded some items of the community cultural house, cleaned and strengthened the environmental landscape...

The handover of the above-mentioned “Skilled Mass Mobilization” model meets the practical needs and aspirations of the people, is highly appreciated by the Party Committee and government, and creates a highlight in the cultural life of the people; contributes to building new rural areas, preserving the national cultural identity in the locality and strengthening the increasingly strong solidarity between the army and the people.

It is known that, based on the reality in the villages, the conditions are still difficult, many community houses have been invested in basic but the material, equipment, and ceremony system to serve the needs of meetings and concentrated activities of the people are still limited. On that basis, implementing the Project "Improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work of the armed forces of Military Region 4 in special areas in the period of 2023 - 2025", Economic - Military Group 337 surveyed the actual needs of the people and built a skillful mass mobilization model "Improving the cultural institution of community houses" in the villages in the Khe Sanh Economic - Military Zone, Quang Tri .

Up to now, Economic - Military Group 337 has coordinated with the locality to build and present 7 models to 7 villages of 3 communes: Dakrong, Huong Phung and Huong Lap.
