The Provincial People's Committee requests that agencies, units, and localities closely link the work of ensuring traffic order and safety with the theme "Safe Journey, Building the Future." This includes focusing on strengthening inspection and supervision of the implementation of directives from all levels regarding traffic order and safety; participating in the development and improvement of institutions, mechanisms, policies, laws, and regulations related to traffic order and safety; ensuring the progress and quality of important transportation infrastructure investment projects; decisively addressing accident-prone and potential accident locations; preventing and promptly handling encroachment on road safety corridors; and improving the technical safety and environmental protection of transportation vehicles. At the same time, they should proactively and persistently build a safe traffic culture and innovate the work of disseminating and educating the public on traffic laws. Continue to improve the capacity, efficiency, and effectiveness of management and operation in ensuring traffic order and safety, and enhance the capacity for rescue, relief, victim treatment, and accident recovery... Through this, strive to control and reduce traffic accidents, build a safe traffic culture; and prevent traffic congestion on major traffic arteries and key traffic junctions in the province.
