The launch ceremony aimed to promote and encourage people to participate in voluntary social insurance and family health insurance; at the same time, to expand social security coverage and raise people's awareness of the rights and humanitarian significance of social insurance and health insurance policies.

Social insurance and health insurance policies are important pillars of the social security system, contributing to ensuring a stable and sustainable life for the people. In recent years, the work of developing participation in social insurance and health insurance in the province has achieved many positive results, with the number of participants continuously increasing and the rights of participants being increasingly guaranteed.

However, currently, there is still a segment of the population, especially rural workers, who have not yet participated or have not fully and consistently participated. Therefore, the provincial Social Insurance sector continues to innovate the content and form of communication in a way that is relatable, easy to understand, and practical; strengthening direct communication with the motto "going to every alley, knocking on every door, reaching every individual" to bring social security policies closer to the people.

According to the joint plan, communication activities during the campaign were implemented synchronously from the provincial level to the grassroots. In addition to organizing the launching ceremony, units also conducted mobile propaganda using cars and motorcycles equipped with loudspeakers on main roads and densely populated residential areas; at the same time, they divided into small groups to directly advise and answer questions about voluntary social insurance and family health insurance policies for people in their assigned areas.

During the peak period, the Provincial Social Insurance Agency and the Provincial Post Office strive to recruit approximately 280 new participants in voluntary social insurance and 350 new participants in family health insurance. Each official, employee, and worker in the Provincial Social Insurance Agency and the Provincial Post Office is assigned a target of recruiting at least one person to participate in voluntary social insurance and two people to participate in family health insurance.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Vu Thi Hoai Guong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Social Insurance Agency, emphasized: The launching ceremony is an opportunity for each official, employee of the Social Insurance Agency, collaborator, and communicator to further enhance their sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and creativity in mobilizing and developing participants; contributing to gradually expanding the coverage of social insurance, moving towards the goal of universal social insurance and health insurance.

Through this launching ceremony, the provincial Social Insurance sector continues to affirm its determination to work with all levels, sectors, and organizations to effectively implement the goal of universal social insurance and health insurance; contributing to ensuring sustainable social security in the province.
