One suspect was caught red-handed for illegally possessing narcotics.

The Nghi Son Port Border Guard Command, in coordination with the Nghi Son Commune Police, recently apprehended a suspect for illegally possessing narcotics.

The suspect Nguyen Van Binh along with the evidence seized in the case.

During the intensified campaign against drug trafficking and crime, at 8:30 PM on June 17, 2023, in Nam Son village, Nghi Son commune, Nghi Son town, the drug and crime prevention force of the Nghi Son Port Border Guard Command, in coordination with the Nghi Son Commune Police, apprehended Nguyen Van Binh, born in 2002, residing in Lien Trung residential area, Hai Thuong ward, Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa province, for illegally possessing narcotics.

The seized items included 2.8956 grams of narcotics (ketamine); one car with license plate 36A-904.46; and two mobile phones. The unit is currently conducting an investigation and verifying the case file for processing according to regulations.
