According to the patient's family, about 5 months ago, while drinking, Mr. T. had a fight with someone else and was injured. Mr. T. was taken to the emergency room but no abnormalities were detected in the nose area. He only received medical treatment and then went home.
Recently, Mr. T. felt an itch in his nose so he used tweezers to pick up a foreign object and suddenly discovered that the large foreign object inside was a pair of chopsticks.

Family members took Mr. T to Vietnam-Cuba Hospital (Dong Hoi) for emergency treatment. Through a CT scan of the brain, doctors noted intracranial pneumothorax. After conducting consultation, the medical team decided to perform endoscopic surgery through the nose combined with microsurgery to close the craniospinal fistula for the patient.
Currently, the patient's health condition is stable and he continues to receive recovery treatment awaiting discharge from the hospital.
