A representative from BIDV speaks at the seminar.
The workshop serves as an opportunity to connect female entrepreneurs with regulatory bodies, support organizations, and experts, aiming to share the intersecting values between technology, people, and management. Simultaneously, it provides foundational knowledge on "digital defense" in business management, particularly for women-owned enterprises (WSMEs), with the goal of enhancing risk response capabilities and ensuring safe operations in the digital economy .
Within the framework of the program, experts analyzed the development trends of artificial intelligence (AI) and its far-reaching impact on business operations and management in the digital age. They also emphasized the importance of identifying AI-based cyberattacks, enhancing risk prevention, and protecting data and privacy in cyberspace. These insights contribute to supporting businesses in applying AI safely, effectively, and sustainably in the digital era.
At the discussion session "Application of AI and Information Security in Business Operations," Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong, Deputy Director of BIDV's Corporate Customer Department, represented the bank in sharing practical perspectives on digital finance, the role of banks in promoting inclusive finance and building a safe and sustainable digital transformation ecosystem for female entrepreneurs. She also emphasized the importance of collaboration between banks, businesses, technology organizations, and women's support organizations to build a safe and sustainable digital transformation ecosystem – where finance is not just a source of capital, but also a lever to empower women's development in the digital age.
Affirming its commitment to supporting women-owned businesses in their development, BIDV has identified three key tasks: facilitating equitable access to finance through process digitalization, supporting the enhancement of financial management capabilities through online tools, and connecting female customers with a comprehensive digital ecosystem.
Furthermore, BIDV has actively and proactively implemented a comprehensive and diverse range of financial and non-financial solutions to create a springboard for the sustainable development of women-owned businesses, maximizing added value from bank capital; enhancing business management capacity and financial health; and accelerating digital transformation to help women-owned businesses easily access digital banking products and services.
