The Dao people here celebrate Tet from December 15 to January 15 of the new year. During the whole month of Tet, the Dao people take turns celebrating Tet with each family in the clan. The busiest time is from December 20 to January 15. The Tet atmosphere and colors will be bustling throughout the alleys and villages of the Dao people.

Each ethnic community in Binh Lieu has its own New Year customs. This is the piece that creates a unique traditional Tet cultural picture in the border region.
