Attending, inspecting, and encouraging the new recruits were Colonel Mai Van Toc, Deputy Head of Logistics and Technical Department of Military Region 2; and Colonel Bui Van Son, Deputy Commander of the Son La Provincial Military Command.

After nearly three months of comprehensive training in military, political , logistical, and technical skills, the new recruits have mastered the basic knowledge, proficiently practiced the essential techniques and movements, possess strong political resolve, and are confident in their mindset, ready to undergo the prescribed tests.

The "Three Explosions" test, which includes AK submachine gun firing (exercise 1), explosive handling, and grenade throwing, is mandatory and plays a particularly important role in evaluating the training results of new recruits. It reflects the unit's training organization level, the soldiers' ability to use weapons and equipment, and their readiness to meet mission requirements in the new situation.

Colonel Bui Van Son, Deputy Commander of the Son La Provincial Military Command, said: "Right from the beginning of the training phase, the Provincial Military Command assigned tasks to agencies and units to do a good job of preparing in all aspects, from building a training plan for the training staff of new recruits; consolidating training grounds, practice areas, and lesson plans; receiving new recruits; organizing briefings and building high determination among the troops; conducting training according to the approved program, closely aligned with the unit's reality, ensuring it is 'basic, practical, and solid,' combined with doing a good job of propaganda and mobilization to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere throughout the unit."

In each shooting, explosives handling, and grenade throwing exercise, the new recruits strictly adhered to discipline and safety regulations, accurately and correctly performing the tasks as prescribed, demonstrating maturity in awareness and action, calmly handling situations to ensure absolute safety of personnel and equipment.

The Deputy Head of Logistics and Technical Services of Military Region 2 and the Deputy Commander of the Son La Provincial Military Command presented flowers to the outstanding marksman.

The results of the "three explosions" training exercise by Regiment 754, Son La Provincial Military Command, serve as an important basis for evaluating, drawing lessons, and proposing measures to further improve the quality of training in the future.

With the spirit of "overcoming the sun and rain, diligently practicing," the skilled shooters appearing on the training ground have affirmed the perseverance and dedication in training with a high sense of responsibility, and the continuous efforts of all officers and soldiers to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
