The Ministry of Education and Training warns against impersonation and fraudulent recruitment schemes for civil servants.

On June 12th, the Ministry of Education and Training issued a warning about fraudulent schemes and impersonation in the recruitment of civil servants in 2024.

Accordingly, in recent days, fake websites, Zalo groups, and emails impersonating units of the Ministry of Education and Training have appeared, providing information and posting many images and articles containing information about methods and tricks used to defraud and steal property.

At the same time, these pages and groups incorporate advertisements for services such as "receiving applications for principals/vice-principals, treasurers"; "contributing to welfare funds for children in mountainous areas"... with promises of employment at units under the Ministry of Education and Training, with the aim of defrauding people of their money.

The Ministry of Education and Training affirms that it currently only provides official information online through two channels: the Ministry of Education and Training's Electronic Information Portal (https://moet.gov.vn/Pages/home.aspx) and the Ministry of Education and Training's website on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/thongtinbogiaoducvadaotao/).

The Ministry of Education and Training urges the public to exercise caution when using unofficial sources of information that impersonate the Ministry. The Ministry strongly advises against following or contacting websites, fan pages, or social media accounts that advertise services such as "receiving applications for principals/vice-principals, treasurers"; "contributing to welfare funds for children in mountainous areas"... on the internet; and against transferring money to these individuals for guidance, application processing, or completion.

Currently, the Ministry of Education and Training and related units do not coordinate with or authorize any unit to guide or receive applications from citizens regarding matters such as "receiving applications for principals/vice-principals, treasurers"; "contributing to the welfare fund for children in mountainous areas"... via social media.
