Ministry of Education and Training requires universities to announce admission scores no later than 5pm today

(Dan Tri) - Despite the extension of the virtual filtering time, the Ministry of Education and Training requires schools to still implement the time to announce admission scores according to the old plan, which is no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 22.

Two days ago, the Ministry of Education and Training increased the virtual filtering by 4 times compared to the original plan, leading to many universities having to adjust the time of announcing scores.

According to the plan, the number of virtual filtering times nationwide will increase to 10 times, ending at 12:30 on August 22.

The reason for the increase in virtual filtering is that the number of candidates applying for university and college admission is higher, and this is also the first year that colleges participate in admission, there is no more early admission, and all admission methods in the first round are used.

The Ministry recommends that schools focus on carefully reviewing all data, admission methods, and situations in the context of many candidate data being used for admission to ensure that no candidates are missed or incorrectly admitted during the admission process; and limit the occurrence of handling errors during the admission process.

Notably, the time for organizing admission exams and processing admission requests on the system has been extended, but the Ministry of Education and Training requires that the announcement of admission scores, admission results and confirmation of admission of candidates continue to be carried out according to the old plan.

Thus, the Ministry stipulates that the time for schools to complete the notification of first round admission candidates is 5:00 p.m. on August 22.
