The forum attracted 100 students from 9 schools in the province, including: Ta Phin Primary School, Ban Pho Primary Ethnic Minority High School, Sin Cheng 2 Primary Ethnic Minority High School, Cao Son Primary School, Pa Cheo Primary Ethnic Minority High School, Pho Lu Primary School 1, Khanh Yen Primary School, Thuong Ha Primary Ethnic Minority High School 1 and Ta Phoi Primary & Secondary School 2.

At the forum, students participated in two main forms of activities: Individual and team. In the team activity, students were divided into competing teams and demonstrated their talents through staged skits, promoting the role of the community and social creativity clubs in promoting educational equity, protecting children's rights, and preserving national identity.

Within the framework of the program, the delegation, teachers and students also visited President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House (Lao Cai ward) and Lao Cai Provincial Museum, branch 2 (Cam Duong ward), to expand knowledge and raise awareness of historical traditions.
