Exchange of advanced examples of digital transformation in new rural construction

On the afternoon of September 18, at the Provincial Conference Center, the Vietnam Veterans Association (VVA) organized an Exchange program on advanced models of digital transformation in new rural construction in the 2021-2025 period. Senior Lieutenant General Be Xuan Truong - Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Vietnam Veterans Association attended and directed the program. Attending the exchange were typical veteran delegates from the provinces: Phu Tho, Dien Bien, Son La, Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang.

At the exchange session, many production models associated with digital transformation were shared, clearly reflecting the innovative thinking and daring spirit of war veterans in the integration period.

A typical example is CCB Tran Xuan Chinh - Head of the CCB Association of Tan An village, Hung An commune, Tuyen Quang province with the "Ba Dat" banh chung model of the CCB Association of Tan An village applying digital technology to management, promotion and consumption of products domestically and internationally, creating stable jobs for many members and relatives of members.

Veteran Nguyen Xuan Cat, member of the Veterans Association of Tan Uyen commune, Lai Chau province, with a comprehensive economic development model of growing and processing tea and macadamia, applying digital management to help improve productivity and reduce costs.

War veteran Lam Thi Kim Thoa - Director of Suoi Giang Cooperative, Van Chan Commune, Lao Cai Province, actively transformed digitally and applied technology with the desire to bring the "quintessence of heaven and earth" Shan Tuyet tea to the international market. In 2019, the cooperative's "Snow Mountain Tea" product was recognized as a 4-star OCOP at the provincial level. She was honored as one of the 100 outstanding Vietnamese farmers in 2023.

CCB Nguyen Tien Loc - Director of Vinh Tuong Company, Vinh Phu commune, Phu Tho province with a model of building a closed fresh cow's milk production chain, applying comprehensive digital technology in the management and distribution of clean agricultural products.

The exchange program not only honors typical examples but also motivates and inspires each cadre and member of the Veterans Association to proactively learn and apply digital technology to real life, production and business, contributing to building a smart and sustainable new countryside. This is an important practical basis for the Association at all levels to continue to research and summarize, thereby spreading appropriate models in the community.
