Accordingly, Mr. To Van Hoa was appointed as the Rector of Hanoi Law University; Mr. Nguyen Tien Huong, a senior specialist in the Department of Law and Justice, and secretary to the Chairman of the Committee on Law and Justice of the 15th National Assembly, was transferred to work at the Department of Administrative Justice, Ministry of Justice , and appointed as Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Justice – Secretary to the Minister.
Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Hoang Thanh Tung emphasized that the appointments of Comrade To Van Hoa and Comrade Nguyen Tien Huong stemmed from the requirements of personnel work, in line with changes in organizational mechanisms, apparatus, and new legal regulations.
Minister Hoang Thanh Tung requested that the two newly appointed comrades continue to utilize their abilities, experience, political acumen, and sense of responsibility, working together with the unit's leadership team to maintain unity and cohesion, and successfully complete the assigned tasks.

The Minister emphasized that, in the context of an increasing workload and higher demands on management, administration, and advisory work, the comrades need to constantly innovate their thinking and working methods, uphold the responsibility of the leaders, promote exemplary roles, and be proactive and creative in organizing and implementing tasks; while also focusing on building a united and strong team, creating consensus, and maximizing the capabilities of the staff, civil servants, and public employees.




The Minister expressed confidence that, with their work experience and training and development within the Justice sector, the colleagues will continue to effectively utilize their abilities and strengths, excellently fulfill their assigned tasks, and contribute to the development of the unit, the Ministry of Justice, and the Justice sector in the future.

On behalf of the newly appointed colleagues, Comrade To Van Hoa, Rector of Hanoi Law University, pledged to always uphold political integrity, moral character, a sense of responsibility, and exemplary conduct; to continuously learn and improve leadership, management, and professional skills; to promote democracy, unity, innovation, and creativity in carrying out assigned tasks; and to strive to fulfill the duties entrusted by the Minister and the Ministry's leadership.
