Implement Conclusion No. 48-KL/TW dated January 30, 1 of the Politburo on continuing to arrange administrative units at district and commune levels in the period of 2023-2023 in association with ensuring the correct implementation of the views of the Government. Accordingly, the content of the document focuses on guiding the review of urban planning, urban development programs and urban quality assessment and classification for urban administrative units at district and commune levels. currently arranging the period of 2019-2021, reviewing the planning to implement the plan of arranging administrative units at district and commune levels in the period of 2023-2030. In addition, the document also provides guidance on urban quality assessment for urban administrative units at district and commune levels formed after arrangement.
Based on the comments of central ministries and branches, difficulties and problems of localities in the implementation process, the Ministry of Construction will give specific instructions for each arising case. while continuing to perfect the regulations on the arrangement of administrative units at district and commune levels in the locality, contributing to ensuring the arrangement of administrative units according to the set schedule.
