According to the latest regulations, individuals aged 18 and older can access a comprehensive clinical examination and basic testing package. Doctors will take a medical history, measure body mass index, check blood pressure, and conduct examinations in internal medicine and ENT specialties. In addition, the health sector provides services such as complete blood count, blood glucose, liver and kidney function tests, urinalysis, and chest X-rays. If abnormalities such as tuberculosis or lung tumors are detected, the health facility will immediately order further tests or refer the patient to a higher-level facility for timely treatment. The implementation roadmap is divided into two phases. Starting in 2026, the program will prioritize the elderly, impoverished households, people with disabilities, chronic disease patients, and people in remote areas. By 2028, the health system will expand services to all remaining population groups.
