PvcomBank currently offers the highest interest rates in the market, reaching 9.5% for a 12-month term with a minimum deposit of 2,000 billion VND.

Next is HDBank with a relatively high interest rate of 8.1%/year for a 13-month term and 7.7% for a 12-month term, provided a minimum balance of 500 billion VND is maintained. This bank also applies an interest rate of 6% for an 18-month term.

MSB also offers relatively high interest rates, with over-the-counter deposits reaching up to 8% per year for a 13-month term and 7% for a 12-month term. The conditions for this offer are: newly opened savings accounts or savings accounts opened from January 1, 2018, that are automatically renewed, with a 12-month or 13-month term, and a minimum deposit amount of 500 billion VND.

Meanwhile, the lowest interest rate for a 3-month term is 1.9% offered by Vietcombank and SCB. The difference between the highest and lowest interest rates for the 3-month term is quite large, reaching 2.3%.

The highest bank interest rate for a 6-month term is 5.5%, offered by Cake by VPBank. The lowest interest rate for this term is 2.9%, offered by Vietcombank and SCB. The difference between the highest and lowest interest rates for a 6-month term is 2.6%.

For the 12-month term, PVcomBank offers a breakthrough interest rate of 9.5%, significantly higher than the highest rates of over 5% offered by some other banks. Meanwhile, SCB has the lowest interest rate for this term, at 3.7%, creating a difference of up to 5.8%.
