According to Mr. Dinh Manh Tuong, the company's canteen manager, one of the first and most important factors in caring for the health of employees is ensuring nutritious meals.

Therefore, the kitchen always plans the menu weekly so that staff and workers can review and approve suitable dishes. The goal is that each meal includes sufficient meat, fish, and eggs, in adequate quantities, to ensure the health of the workers.
"With over 1,000 meals served daily, planning the menu in advance allows the kitchen to proactively select the amount of food and prepare it accordingly," Mr. Tuong said.

To ensure the quality of the meals, the company has contracted with a reputable supplier that has food safety and hygiene certifications.
Every morning, company representatives personally inspect the food before it is delivered for use. This is an important step to ensure that employees are always provided with the freshest and safest food.
Each meal provided to employees is nutritious, delicious, and appealing. Utensils and food are kept clean and neatly stored. Every meal is served with care and enthusiasm.

"From the meals provided, it's clear the company cares deeply about its employees. The dining atmosphere is like a family gathering, and I feel very proud to be an alumina worker," shared Vo Huy Hoang, a worker at the Thermal Power Plant, enthusiastically.
This policy is not limited to providing daily meals but is also enhanced during holidays and festivals, when the number and quality of meals are significantly improved.

Most notably, on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of Vietnam Trade Union Day, the trade union meal was specially organized with an increased variety of dishes, giving workers a warm, home-like feeling.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Thanh from the Quality Management Department clearly expressed this joy: "The union's meals are so varied with many delicious dishes that suit our tastes, not only ensuring nutrition but also helping us to bond more closely."
Monitoring meal quality
The company closely monitors meal quality from food selection to preparation.

Mr. Vo Huy Hoang, a worker at the Thermal Power Plant, said: "The company's leadership and the trade union always check the quality of incoming food, ensuring that every meal served to employees always meets the standards."
The kitchens are clearly managed and staffed by professional cooks. The company currently operates two kitchens, divided into three shifts, with a total of 24 staff members. All chefs are professionally trained and hold food safety certifications.
